Q. What makes you different from a general contractor?
A. We do not have the overhead that most contractors have allowing substantially lower prices but same quality work.
Q. What services do you provide and what services do you not provide?
A. Any services that do not require a contractor license.
Q. Do you offer free estimates and quotes?
A. Yes
Q. What are your prices?
A. Residential is $75.00/hour + cost of any supplies and Commercial is $150.00/hour + cost of any supplies. Emergency rates are Residential $150/hour and Commercial $300/hour.
Q. Why do your rates seem higher than your competitors?
A. Our corporate competitors that are licensed and insured are anywhere between $200-$250 an hour, which is higher than our rates. Our smaller competitors are between $30-$60 an hour but are not licensed, insured or carry workmen's compensation/exemption like we do.
Q. When are you open and how do your business hours work?
A. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week unless a major holiday. M-F 8:00am-5:00pm and outside of that window is emergency rates.

Q. What work history/qualifications do you have?
A. Having spent time as an undesignated seaman in the USN and having military training on correcting issues both on land and sea.
Q. Are you licensed and insured?
A. Handymen are not required to have a specific construction/building license. But we do carry a business license, proof of insurance and most importantly workmen's compensation/exemption.
Q. If I have a big project that requires a contractor's license can you still help me?
A. Yes! We have a lot of connections in the Southwest Florida area and if we can't do it we can put you in contact with someone who can that is a local company.
